Truth + Wisdom off-the-shoulder floral romper. Elastic at shoulders and waist with tie at waist. Made in California from a boutique in Santa Monica. Lightweight, silky like material, made of 97% poly, 3% crepe. Dry clean only. NWOT. Size medium, approximate measurements laying flat 16” pit to pit, 27.5” length, 3” inseam, 11” waist.
