Truth NYC Mesh Floral Shirt

Mesh black floral shirt. Never been worn. Size small. Sleeves are open at shoulder and tie at upper arm where it then flares out into a beautiful quarter length bell sleeve. This is v neck in front and back with a tie near neck to adjust resting level.
