Does the zipper work properly on this?

I tried to video myself opening the case but I’m a lefty and had trouble with the other side. I know what you are saying . This is a replacement that they sent to me because the first one had trouble opening. I have opened and closed this one several times now . Works well . Now problems with the zipper.
