Trulli white sheer floral dress w/adjustable sleeves

Cute off-white floral dress, it’s a sheer outer layer with a built in slip. It hits mid-thigh. The drawstrings on the sleeve adjust the circumference of the sleeves - draw them shorter for a puff sleeve or open for a flutter sleeve. I got this thrifting but found something I like more, I only wore it to try on, it looks like it’s in good condition. I have know idea when it’s from, the pink on black label is giving me mid 2000s but the “remove before washing or wearing” tag feels more recent. @sadiesaids0h is selling the same one in xs and @cvbshine in medium
