True vintage 1930's 30's L navy blue button midi dress w/ matching fringe belt

True vintage 1930's Large navy blue belted midi dress! Rayon crepe. Comes with it's original long matching belt with fringe!! Short puff sleeves. Has a white layer at the neckline that dips into a V. Blue and white covered buttons along shoulders and pleats down bust. It does need some tlc. Sleeve ends have a touch of discoloration. There's a tiny hole in the belt and about two holes in back of skirt half. Will need to be patched or seamed up. Also buttons are probably metal underneath and look to be a bit rusty. See photos. Waist - 18 1/2 inches across. Hips - 21 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 43 1/2 inches. Length from shoulder to waist seam - 14 1/2 inches. I was finding newpapers in the boxes dating 1938 and earlier ♡
