True vintage 1930’s 1920’s appliqué with red apples hand made

Amazing vintage handmade blouse probably from the 1920s or 1930s but possibly earlier? There are some minor flaws and stain, part of the package with real antique clothing. Such a special one of a kind shirt with a cool silhouette. Measurements are in the photos.
