Dead stock true vintage dress by premiere row. The color is somewhere between Mint green and Tiffany blue in my opinion. Waist flat measurement is 22 inches. Fabric has a little stretch. From shoulder to hem is approximately 42 inches. There is also approximately 1.5 inch hem turnover that could be let out and regenerate for a little added length. Perfect condition in my opinion.
