True Vintage Frank Usher 1970s Green Net Gown

A very unusual dress in that it is constructed entirely of a pleated netting in a brilliant green color. Onto the netting is an embroidered design that really serves to highlight the dresses design. It sits off shoulder - though you could wear them up as well and has a wide, heavily embroidered collar. That same embroidery runs through the dress and gets heavier at the end of the fantastic wide sleeves and all around the bottom of the dramatic skirt. A full tulle underskirt is built in so you get lots of volume all around the bottom. It is completely lined in a nude jersey so is both comfortable to wear and makes it appear as if you are wearing netting and nothing else! A net belt cnches in the waist for maximum shape and definition to counter allthat volume! A fabulous piece and in excellent condition.
