In pics you can see there is no fading or wear visible, as you’d normally see on the legs (knees), at the bottom (ankle), around the waist (belt loops), etc. These are women’s size 29 (approximately size 8) with an inseam of 32”. They are low-rise (the zipper is only 2”), with skinny leg.
