torihudson78 The price tag is yellow and says “compare” to styles that cost $244. Are these authentic True Religion that could be confirmed by PoshMark? Or made to look like True Religion? I’m interested if they can be authenticated.

colorme_neicy @torihudson78 I don’t buy nor wear anything fake. Matter of fact I never even heard of knock off True Religion Jeans or even seen them anywhere. They were purchased at The True Religion Outlet so I’m not sure.

colorme_neicy @torihudson78 Just so you know, I’m looking into it because your obviously the second person to ever mention this. I’m seeing this same type of tag on a lot of Jeans on here as well as other marketplaces, but I’ll stop in at the True Religion store sometime tomorrow. Thank you for your inquiry!

colorme_neicy @torihudson78 Oh no, I didn’t take it that way. Now in days so many people sell fake items so it’s always good to ask questions, but I always buy from their store, outlet or any of the chain stores that sell their jeans. I had them in my closet for at least 2 years. I think maybe they came from Bloomingdales and not the True Religion outlet. Either way I’ll get some kind of confirmation for you😊

colorme_neicy @torihudson78 Hi Tori, Ok so I was right. Bear with me, I’ll try not to make this so long lol. I took them to the Bloomingdales Outlet where I figured I purchased them from. They said that their stickers say “compare to styles at $244.00(in this example)” meaning that the manufacturer retails for that price, but they are selling it for a cheaper price,due to it being last season, slightly damaged goods, or items that weren’t able to sell at full retail value.

andicouture Just to add some insight...you can clearly tell thats a true religion tag attached to the item and Bloomingdales just added their sticker on top of it with the "compare at" price. Similar to how TjMaxx or Ross gets after market items direct from a retailer but then add their store tag or sticker to it. Good inquiries tho😂😂Love the feedback.

vicki_wise @imadiva03 I am definitely not an expert, though I knew those are authentic from the get go. It's funny how jeans end up as last year markdowns , I didn't know jeans ever go out of season/style. That is except for the extreme bell bottom jeans , lol. Have a Merry Christmas!
