waist laying flat is 14" and has its own tie belt that is optional to wear with it to cinch the waist. total length from shoulder to bottom hem is 37" excellent condition, one tiny snag on the left shoulder which I have included a Pic. did not wear this very much, maybe 3 or 4 times.
