True Blue vintage denim dress

Size XL denim dress from brand True Blue. I bought it at a vintage store but it doesn’t fit. Size runs slightly small. It’s so cute and never been worn by me! I hope someone can give it a new life. It has the sweetest embroidered flower design and bow tie feature.
