True 70s Vintage Midi or Maxi Boho Prairie Dress

I’d say this lady is a small by modern standards I couldn’t even get it on my size 10 dress form. She has issues lots of pulling at the seams as people larger than the dress tried to make it fit I’m assuming Reposhing this item I purchased from @beach_bug.
