Super cute skirt with side material extra flowy detail. Stretch waistband, great conservative length that would sit above the knee. 100% cotton, has a linen look and feel. Skirt is not lined but not see through at all. Purchased at Nordstrom. Would fit a preteen or a super tiny adult. Skirt is new with out tags and never worn. It has a very high end look!
