Trouve jacket with shirt tail

Adorable thin jacket with shirt tail in blue stripe at bottom of jacket. Really fun unique look. I wore this one time....it’s in perfect condition. I don’t know how to describe the color. Like a camel color and the shirt tail is blue and white stripe.
