Tropical patten mini skirt 🌴

Black & white tropical mini flare skirt. Very comfy & stretchy. Band can stretch to 22 1/2" one side. Tag States one size. Length from band to bottom is 17 1/2" long. Buttons all the down the front but you don't need to, just for decor in my opinion.
