Tropical fern palm banana leaf loft pencil skirt!

Really cute pencil skirt with a tropical fern and palm frond, banana leaf pattern in white blue and green. Lined with poly, skirt 100% cotton, light weight fabric. Size 2 but runs large more like 4-6. Little under 15" across and 18 long. Worn once or twice a little small on my butt haha.
