Hi there …very cute dress. The photo shows 28” (2x14) across the bust line. Is that correct? Seems small…is it larger and the elastic back stretches quite a bit. Thanks

@missbora sorry I didn't see your note till now. Yes. the measurement is correct but it is flattened out. There is more room when worn plus there is stretch in the back.
