Tropical Strapless Romper

Navy blue strapless romper/jumper with a boho, tropical pattern. There is a bow tie at the top for extra detail, but it does not pull the sinch at the top any tighter. The size says large but it shrunk in the wash, it fits like a small/medium now. Very cute for summer.
