Tropical Print Strapless Dress

Excellent condition, black / tropical print dress. Neckline is sweetheart, no built-in padding. The top of the dress is a stretchy cotton, not see-through. The bottom of the dress is very lightweight but also not see-through. I am 5’0 and the dress hit me about mid-thigh, so it’s short.
