Not in packaging, I did clean them. Has stains from water on goggles. Barely used, these were ditched as soon as the strap came undone, I put the strap back in was all. The straps are put in correctly, it sticks out like that. Do not pull to adjust, move strap. You are paying for shipping mostly.
