Trixxi girls/ladies dress size 3

This dress is in royal blue in size 3. Dress was worn one time for a special luncheon so the dress is like new. Measurements are: Length: 35” Waist: 12” (measured flat across). All my clothing comes laundered and is from a smoke free home. Thanks for looking.
