This dress is an amazing representation of late 90's Y2K Gothic fashion. The petticoat still has poof. The stitching is in great condition. The removable straps are a nice feature. I have broad shoulders, so it was nice to be able to wear it without them. This dress is in good vintage condition. No major issues noted. Please comment with questions. No returns accepted.

redlippedqueen @peggy_schuyler length 38" with straps or 32" if with strapless. Bust is 40". Waist is 34". There is some stretch. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

redlippedqueen @fashionpolice13 I have broad shoulders, amplified by swimming. I find that for me, the dress looks better by detaching the straps which fasten on with buttons.
