Trina Turk nico top

This is a brand new, never worn Trina Turk top I purchased this top with the understanding it was a medium and it in fact is a small. Size label was removed from the garment. Armpit to armpit is 17”, length of blouse is 25” from shoulder to hem. Absolutely gorgeous! So disappointed it was not my size! :( original hangtag attached, again, size from tag was removed. Color is a true hot pink, like 1st photo.
