Beautiful navy blue knit 3/4 sleeve shrug! Neck can be folded over like a collar or left popped- super cute either way! EUC no signs of wear whatsoever, I think I’ve only worn it once so it’s time to go somewhere and get worn, as much as I hate to part with it because it’s just gorgeous!
