Soft and lightweight dress from Xhilaration. Beautiful black and white pattern with red floral detail around the skirt. Ruffles at the top, with adjustable straps. Zips up the back. Says small, but definitely fits like an extra small. Some light pink staining on the ruffle on the chest, from washing it with something red. You can't see it unless you're looking for it, because of the pattern. I'm 5'8" and it hits me just above the mid-thigh. 32" long, 17.5" chest, 13" waist, 100% rayon.
