This romper is soft and comfy. Seriously, it is the softest. I love the pattern. The drawstring waistband allows for lots of comfort. Hips, i.e. drawstring are completely adjustable. Bust is 19" and can stretch more. Hips are 20" with stretch. This is a great festival piece as summer draws near. Please comment with questions. Reasonable offers considered. No returns accepted.
