perfectstorm1 @lmerrittaz Hi!! Yes, it is stretchy! I believe it is a cotton/poly blend. I will check bust when I get home. I think it is adaptable to those of us that are um…more endowed. Lol-with each of my kids my foot grew 1/2 an inch! And so did my bra size!! Ugh. It really would look good on the smaller gals & is roomy enough for a larger size. I will measure & get back to you as soon as I finish shopping. It really is so cute! Too long for me. 😩
