Trendy and pretty plus size ruffled top

Pics don't do it justice at all, this particular top or blouse is so very pretty! Can go with anything, dress it up or pair it with jeans, asymmetrical ruffled bodice, and straight accross the back. Truly a beautiful top, the shade of blue is bright and hard to describe the actual shade of blue.Worn approximately three times, in excellent condition, size 2x but fits more like a 1x.Has been around smoke but stored.
