This item is like new. I purchase for my daughter years ago and she used it exactly once with her grandfather. She wanted an indoor slower model, this car has since been discontinued/changed in design. It can go up to 70 MPH so it is intended for outdoor enthusiasts. It is in excellent condition. I purchased a new battery and charger as the original would not hold a charge and had a different charging cord. I have over $370 invested.
