On his 29th birthday, Travis Scott has announced a new Cactus Jack collaboration with NEIGHBORHOOD - a Japanese streetwear brand founded in 1994 by Shinsuke Takizawa. This limited-edition black hoodie features a skeleton design and text on the back - 'Enjoy the Ride Thru the Neighborhood' - together with a simple floral design on the front with 'Cactus Jack' on one side and 'Neighborhood Tokyo Japan' on the other.
