Great condition. These are not frayed at the bottom. About the size, the tag says 36 but they clearly measure 38. Actually we were told they run big when we bought them and since my husband wore a 38, I measured them. Then he lost a ton of weight and now I am selling them. He bought 4 pairs. When he likes something he always buys multiples. Oh well. He has had them about 5 months but considering that he rotated through multiple pairs, they are in great shape. They are very lightweight.
