This is a gorgeous dress with so many dramatic features. The WOW is a skirt of many layers of asymmetrical pleated semi-sheer fabric. Starting at the top: black lace has a light nude lining across the neckline and sleeves and across the top of the back. At the back a long keyhole opening above the zipper.
