Trashy Diva two piece crop and skirt set

Bought this in NOLA, only wore it a few times. The top is a size 4, the skirt is a 6. The skirt is high-waisted (see pic) My waist in this picture was probably around 27/28. No stretch, sadly. Color is chambray- it won’t let me select it as an option.
