Cute wrap halter top. There are a couple of small spots that something dripped on it. I haven't tried to remove. See photo with arrows (as they truly are hard to see) and pic with bobby pin pointing to show area they are in. The neck tie has also been pulled through to tie like a traditional halter in the back of the neck rather than a bow at the front as shown, which could be reversed. Reposhing this item I purchased from @baileypurvis. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
