Trashy Diva Red Varga in stretch cotton poplin. Size 2. This dress has stretch panels on the sides and the fabric is stretchy as well. Full circle skirt. Was shortened by the original owner and is a mini dress. From waist to bottom of the skirt is 16.5". I'm 5'8" and could get away with this before my booty grew, but best for someone petite/shorter. Flat waist 11.5" stretched 13.5" Bust up to 38”
