Fabric has a slight sheen to it, with a bit of texture. Nice weighted fabric, holds shape well and provides stability of the full skirt. Fit and flare silhouette. 40" from shoulder to hem. 15.5" waist flat. 19" pit to pit flat. No stretch. Very flattering shape. Never worn. New with tags!
