Trashy Diva 40s Skirt in Turquoise Floral

Beautiful Trashy Diva skirt in wearable condition. Has some stains on the front and unfortunately came that way to me. As it doesn’t fit me, I did not try to treat them and I’m not sure what they are. May come out with a soak or a trip to the dry cleaner but I am not positive on this. Trying to get back what I paid for it but happy to consider reasonable offers. Otherwise in perfect shape! Comes from a smoke-free, 🐶🐱🦔-friendly home but no pets are allowed in my room or anywhere clothing is stored.
