Transitions 100% silk ruffle blouse

100% silk, short sleeve, ruffle blouse in good condition. Buttery soft and smooth, this shirt is sure to elevate any skirt or pant. No stains - has one area where silk has pulled but barely noticeable (see pictures) I’ve been told you can fix this but I have not tried. Tags says size 12/M
