Overall good preowned condition dres from Transit Par-such. Has a couple areas with faint spots, see pictures for reference. Waist tie is detached and hard to get back into fabric, but can be tied after putting on. Mild wear to material otherwise. Size 1, see pictures for approximate measurements.
