Traditional patchwork, Indian maxi dress

I just love this beautiful dress. It’s a patchwork of a blue and gray block print a large sunflower print and a red blue and taupe border print. It also is bordered with a block print. This is a combination of fabrics. I feel a sheer silk I think in the sleeves and more of a rayon or a rayon polyester blend in the dress the sleeves are sheer, but the dress is fully lined with what feels like a poly woven. There are some silver hamsa decorative hands. Embellishments. Really beautiful, traditional looking piece I believe the collar in the last patchwork at the hammer actually cotton. euc. This is marked an extra extra large. I am a 16. It fits me perfectly. I’m going to mark as an extra large.
