Traditional Irish dance circle skirt, handmade, embroidered, 26" waist

Traditional Irish dancing circle skirt with hand embroidered harp and shamrocks. gorgeous red. perhaps 1960s or 1970s. Made of linen blend with acetate lining. Purchased years ago at a charity shop in Ireland. Needs dry cleaning, as it has lint and is very wrinkled from storage. 26" waist and very short, so I'm imagining this would be for a 'tween or teen of petite proportions. Gorgeous embroidery, amazing traditional dancing costume. Amazing.
