Tracy Reese floral dress bubble skirt

Rare silk Tracy Reese bubble dress with removable straps. Purchased directly from Tracy Reese and sole owner. Also was sold at Anthropologie. Beautiful multilayered floral print in pink and blue. Tulle in skirt bottom to bubble it up. I am 5’ 4” and the bases of the skirt is above my knee. Waist: 13 in across Bust: 15.25 in - dress has rigid boning I don’t think the dress would fit a large bust Length: 26.5 in (without straps) No stains or snags.
