NWT, size 2 Tracy Reese cocktail dress. Cream cotton lace embroidered top is lightly embellished with black sequins. The crochet lace overlays a black spaghetti strap top and finishes off with a floral textured jacquard skirt. Dual-layer top is cut to be slightly blouson style, with a fitted skirt (has a bit of stretch due to puckered texture). Gorgeous dress, pics do not do it justice.
