Tracy Reese Abstract Watercolor Ruffle Tiered Strapless Dress

Beautiful strapless dress with tones of blue, a muted orange and black. Zipper in back, boning within bodice, padded, has grip that runs along top of dress. Also has a elastic buckle to help with staying in place. A bit of netting underskirt to help give it some volume. Lined. I am reposhing this as it did not fit me. Inspecting the dress further I noticed there are slots that removable straps would have gone but the original seller did not include those.
