beautywithinxo Hi, I just received this bag and I'm pretty upset about the condition of the bag. You never mentioned that the bag had actual holes in it, you just said the bottom was worn out. The price I paid for this bag is not even close to worth it, it's in way more terrible condition than what you had mentioned in your listing. I am shipping the bag back to you tomorrow morning and I would like a full refund of $45.00 for the bag. Thank you. @paperbackhead

paperbackhead @beautywithinxo the price reflected the condition of the bag, and you can go back to the listing to read the comments when I mentioned the small holes. It's a functioning bag, and i was honest, and upfront about the condition.

beautywithinxo It wasn't clear enough, you just said the bottom was worn which meant yes potentially it can turn into holes overtime, not that there were holes in it already. I want to return for my full money back on pay v pal or just a $10 refund because then the bag would be worth it's price then. I would have never bought the bag if I knew there were actual holes in it because I know this meant it would get worn out faster when I use it for school. There were many other bags in better condition that were priced lower than what I paid for on this that I missed out on because I bought this one, thinking this was in better condition. Hope you understand, I'm not arguing, I just feel uninformed and feel like the amount I paid was not worth the product because as a working student every penny counts for me. @paperbackhead
