This dress shirt for Men are made by order in Italy. Made from Italian cotton and silk beautiful shirt. With great quality. Size is regular medium since is made by order. My husband worn this only a couple times. Absolutely beautiful and in great conditions. In the picture seems a lt bit wrinkle but I will ship it dry clean it. :-) 👍👌
