Such a cute fun skirt from Touch Me. It’s a size medium with 12” waist and is 17” in length. IMO runs like a small. Has textured thick fabric with a kind of waffle scallop pattern. Back exposed zipper. Pleated mini skirt. Kind or like the old cheer skirts from the 80’s and 90’s. Super fun and cute!
