My Neighbor Totoro hoodie with ears. There is one button at the top of the chest. Sleeves are created by closing the side buttons, or can be left open to wear the hoodie like a cape. Back is solid gray. Material is plush fleece. Regarding sizing, I am 5 ft 3 inches.
