Totally 80s!!! I can’t tell if it’s a sweatshirt or a dress. Maybe either/ or. Depends on your mood. Sleeves are pretty loose s this is VErY approximate…58” (29 x 2). Cottony parts of the sleeves are approximately 8”. Cottony part at the bottom of shirt is approximately 32” (16 x 2) un stretched wide and approximate 7 1/2”. On the back I measured the top to the bottom hem is approximate 33”. I have a hard time capturing colors. Please ask questions.
